Prince William and Kate Middleton are reportedly employing a unique approach to raising their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. Instead of traditional time-outs, the royal couple utilizes a "chat sofa" where they calmly discuss misbehavior with their children.
According to a source close to the British monarchy, communication is key in the Wales household. When a child acts out, they are removed from the situation and taken to the "chat sofa." There, either Kate or William will explain the consequences of their actions without raising their voices. Shouting is strictly forbidden for both parents and children.
While Kate is said to be slightly stricter than William, both parents are committed to creating a happy and serene environment for their children's upbringing. They are supported by their nanny, Maria Borrallo, who follows their disciplinary guidelines closely. Notably, Borrallo is also reportedly forbidden from using the word "child" in front of George, Charlotte, and Louis, as a sign of respect for them as individuals.
