Prince William and Kate Middleton to Miss Easter Service 2025, Prioritizing Family Time

Edited by: Tetiana Pinchuk Pinchuk

Prince William and Kate Middleton, the Prince and Princess of Wales, will not attend the Easter Sunday service at St. George's Chapel in Windsor on April 20, 2025. This marks the second consecutive year the family has missed the Easter service.

Instead, the Prince and Princess of Wales will spend the Easter weekend with their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, at their home in Norfolk. The children are currently on Easter break from school, and the family is taking the opportunity to spend quality time together before they return to their studies on April 24.

According to reports, Prince William informed King Charles III of their decision, which was made to allow the family to enjoy an extended period together. While the Prince and Princess of Wales will be absent, King Charles III and Queen Camilla are expected to attend the Easter Matins Service at Windsor Castle, along with other members of the royal family.
