A cheesecake is a delightful dessert for many people.

Ingredients:
500g cream cheese
200g sugar
3 eggs
3 tbsp butter
1 lemon
300g fresh raspberries

Preparation:
Add 500g of cream cheese to the bowl and mix it with 200g of sugar. If you mix it by hand, leave the cream cheese at room temperature for 5-10 minutes so that it becomes softer.
Mix the sugar and cream cheese until smooth, then add three eggs. Add the eggs gradually to prevent the mixture from curdling.
Add three tablespoons of butter. This will help create a smooth texture in the cheesecake.
Grate the lemon zest to add to the dessert.
Add 300g of fresh raspberries to the mixture.
Grease the mold for baking with oil and pour the mixture into it.
Place the mold on a baking sheet so that the mixture is evenly distributed, and the raspberries do not settle to the bottom.
Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes, until the top has a light golden color.
