Ingredients:

Fresh dill, extra virgin olive oil, serrano pepper, fresh ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, skin-on salmon fillets, Persian cucumbers, avocados, lime juice, and toasted sesame seeds.

Preparation:
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).

  2. Combine finely chopped fresh dill, olive oil, minced serrano pepper, grated fresh ginger, grated garlic, and salt in a small bowl.

  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon the dill mixture evenly over the fillets.
