Reliable sources within U.S. national security structures themselves reached out to scientists: the orbs do not fit within the framework of terrestrial technology. The UAP Science Advisory Council was created precisely to move such evidence from the realm of anecdotes into the realm of rigorous measurement. Forty percent of unexplained cases is not a statistical error. It is a signal that reality is broader than familiar models.
