Nissan Motor India has reached a significant milestone, surpassing 500,000 domestic sales, with a total of 513,241 units sold. In November 2024, the company reported consolidated wholesale dispatches of 9,040 units, a 62% month-over-month increase, primarily driven by strong demand for the New Nissan Magnite SUV.
Domestic sales accounted for 2,342 units, while exports soared to 6,698 units, marking a remarkable 222% year-over-year growth. This surge highlights Nissan's expanding presence in international markets and the increasing trust in its 'Made in India' vehicles.
Mr. Saurabh Vatsa, Managing Director of Nissan Motor India, emphasized the brand's commitment to the Indian market and its customers, showcasing the New Nissan Magnite as a key driver of their export success. The vehicle features over 20 segment-leading attributes and more than 55 safety features, reinforcing its appeal in over 65 countries, including new left-hand drive markets.
