BOSTON—Brightcove has unveiled the Brightcove AI Suite, an innovative product designed to enhance video and engagement technology. The suite aims to meet customer needs for content creation, audience growth, and business efficiency.

The suite includes five AI-powered solutions: AI Content Multiplier, AI Universal Translator, AI Metadata Optimizer, AI Engagement Maximizer, and AI Cost-to-Quality Optimizer.
The AI Content Multiplier automates tasks like reformatting and summarization, while the Universal Translator provides translations in 130 languages. Additionally, the Metadata Optimizer enhances content discoverability by generating searchable data sets.
To maximize engagement and revenue, the AI Engagement Maximizer offers automated video interactivity and personalized recommendations. The suite also features the AI Cost-to-Quality Optimizer to reduce costs associated with encoding and content delivery without compromising quality.
Brightcove is currently testing the suite with over a dozen customers and is expanding its pilot program to all clients at no extra cost. The company emphasizes its commitment to data security and transparency through the Brightcove AI Pledge, ensuring customer data is handled responsibly.
