Rambo, a thirteen-year-old Maltese mix, has been a part of Michelle Nunez's family in South Texas since he was just eight weeks old. He has accompanied them through every stage of their lives. When Michelle's son was born, Rambo was already a playful companion and a silent guardian. "My son grew up with Rambo, so they are very close," Michelle shared.
As Rambo ages, he has started to slow down, spending his days resting and seeking warmth from his family. Despite his advanced age, he continues to give and receive unconditional love, which inspired the child to perform a gesture that has touched the hearts of thousands.

"Rambo was cold, and my son noticed. He wanted to make him feel warm and comfortable," explains Michelle. "We’ve always done the same for him when he was cold, and he learned to return the gesture to Rambo."
