WOBURN, MASSACHUSETTS – Bridgeline Digital, Inc. has unveiled the Hermes release for its HawkSearch platform, featuring a new AI-driven Unified Search. This innovative tool combines Concept, Image, and Keyword Search to deliver highly relevant results that enhance product discovery and customer experience.

The Unified Search allows users to search using various methods, whether by specific product names or conceptual descriptions. This integration aims to streamline the purchasing process for eCommerce businesses, potentially increasing conversion rates.
