Coincheck Group Reports 75% Revenue Increase in Fiscal 2025 Third Quarter

Coincheck Group N.V. reported its fiscal 2025 third-quarter results on February 11, 2025, revealing a 75% quarter-over-quarter increase in total revenue, reaching ¥123.1 billion. This growth reflects the successful business combination with Thunder Bridge Capital Partners, IV, Inc. on December 10, 2024, and the commencement of trading on Nasdaq on December 11, 2024. Marketplace trading volume also surged by 113% to ¥117.4 billion ($749 million) compared to the previous quarter. The number of verified accounts increased by 4.6% to 2,197,619. However, the company reported a net loss of ¥15,445 billion ($98 million) for the quarter.
