DE-CIX India Expands with New PoPs in Hyderabad and Bengaluru

DE-CIX India is enhancing its connectivity infrastructure by establishing two new Points of Presence (PoPs) in India. In partnership with Web Werks India Private Ltd, DE-CIX has launched its second PoP in Hyderabad and its sixth PoP in Bengaluru at the NTT DC3 Data Centre. This strategic expansion is aimed at bolstering digital transformation within India's rapidly growing technology ecosystem.

The new PoP in Hyderabad, located at Web Werks' advanced facility, will provide Internet Service Providers (ISPs), Content Delivery Networks (CDNs), and cloud service providers with access to DE-CIX India's premium interconnection services, including peering and Microsoft Azure Peering Service (MAPS). This enhancement is expected to improve network performance and reduce latency for local businesses.

Meanwhile, the Bengaluru PoP will cater to the needs of the region's thriving tech industry, reinforcing DE-CIX India's commitment to providing robust interconnection services in one of India's key digital hubs. Both expansions reflect the increasing demand for high-performance connectivity in India's evolving digital landscape.
