Nvidia Reports 94% Revenue Growth Driven by AI Demand

Nvidia has reported a remarkable 94% revenue increase for Q3 of fiscal 2025, reaching $35.1 billion, driven largely by demand for its AI infrastructure, particularly its Hopper GPU platform.

The company's data center revenue surged 112% year-over-year to $30.8 billion, with cloud service providers contributing significantly. Nvidia noted a growing trend in enterprise AI, with thousands of companies utilizing its accelerated inference microservices to run large language models.

In addition to its data center success, Nvidia's gaming revenue rose 15% to $3.3 billion, and automotive and robotics revenue soared 72% to $449 million.

Looking ahead, Nvidia projects Q4 revenue to be around $37.5 billion, indicating continued strong growth driven by its Hopper and upcoming Blackwell GPU architectures. Despite its stock nearly tripling this year, Nvidia remains attractively valued for investors.
