Canva acknowledged the issue and updated its status page, assuring users that they were actively working to resolve it. By 4:04 PM IST, the platform was reported to be operational again, with Canva promising to monitor for any further disruptions.
This outage comes at a time when Canva is experiencing rapid growth, boasting a user base of 200 million monthly active users, a significant increase from 115 million. In recent months, the platform has expanded its Visual Suite with innovative AI-driven tools such as text-to-image generation, Magic Write, and interactive features like charts and quizzes.
