At the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2025 in Las Vegas, health tech brand Withings introduced Omnia, an innovative device that combines a smart mirror with a scale, powered by artificial intelligence.

Omnia analyzes personal health data, assessing heart performance, nutrition, body composition, lung function, activity, and sleep patterns. It features advanced health sensors, a voice command system, and a 3D body model to scan users and display comprehensive health metrics.

The device collects some data independently but primarily relies on Withings wearable devices like smartwatches and blood pressure monitors. Omnia integrates third-party apps, centralizing health metrics for a holistic view of user wellness.

In addition to data aggregation, Omnia includes an AI voice assistant that answers health-related questions, summarizes reports, and motivates users to maintain their health. It connects personal health tracking with professional healthcare support, enabling users to share ECG and health data with certified cardiologists for timely reviews.

Scheduled for launch later this year, Omnia leverages AI to provide tailored insights based on user metrics and personal inputs, enhancing health management accessibility. Its introduction reflects a growing trend in health wearables aimed at transforming healthcare through data-driven insights, despite ongoing concerns about data accuracy and privacy.
