Prepare fish by boiling it briefly, and blanch broccoli. Layer fish, broccoli, tomatoes, and olives in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes at 200°C. Garnish with boiled eggs before serving.

Appetizer 1 - Creamy Brie with Roasted Grapes

Roast grapes mixed with oil, rosemary, and salt until soft. Blend room-temperature Brie with fresh cream, then top with the roasted grapes and sprinkle with pistachios.

Appetizer 2 - Spiced Syrup

Toast peppercorns, coriander seeds, and cinnamon, then simmer with Licor 43, orange peel, and ginger for a fragrant syrup that can be stored for up to a month.
