As November progresses, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has reported that Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 15.3 degrees Celsius on Saturday, marking the lowest temperature of the season thus far. The drop in nighttime temperatures has resulted in foggy conditions, accompanied by chilly winds throughout the day.

According to reports, the maximum temperature in the capital reached 29.6 degrees Celsius, which is 1.1 degrees above normal. The IMD noted that on Friday, the city experienced its second-lowest temperature of the season at 15.6 degrees Celsius.

Visibility at Safdarjung dropped to 300 meters by 8:30 AM, with humidity levels fluctuating between 94 percent and 79 percent throughout the day. The weather department has forecasted fog and dense mist for Sunday morning and evening, with maximum and minimum temperatures expected to hover around 29 degrees Celsius and 15 degrees Celsius, respectively.

In the Kashmir region, recent snowfall due to a western disturbance is anticipated to further lower temperatures in Delhi and surrounding areas. Over the coming days, cold winds from the west and northwest are expected to increase humidity and chill in the atmosphere.
