Air France has introduced a complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi service for passengers, accessible through its Flying Blue loyalty program. This initiative, in collaboration with Starlink, leverages a constellation of low Earth orbit satellites to deliver internet access globally, even in remote areas.
Passengers can connect using any device to chat, play online games, and stream TV shows, movies, and series. The airline plans to progressively equip its entire fleet, including regional flight aircraft, with this technology. During the transition, complimentary messaging will continue for Flying Blue members, with a paid option available for other users. Non-members can register during the flight.
