London Startup Vente AI Secures £500,000 to Automate Recruitment Processes

A London-based startup, Vente AI, has raised £500,000 in pre-seed funding to automate business development for recruiters, just six months after its launch.

The company plans to integrate its product with existing recruitment tools, aiming for faster user onboarding. Recruitment agencies often spend up to 40% of their time on lead identification and analysis.

Vente AI has developed a lead analysis model that automates sales processes and provides recommendations on new opportunities likely to close.

Co-founder and CEO Cameron Briggs, with over 12 years in the recruitment industry, emphasized the time-consuming nature of business development. He stated, "Automating these processes will reduce costs and increase productivity for recruiters, significantly impacting the UK's recruitment sector and enhancing market efficiency."

Since launching its AI product, Vente AI claims to have generated over £300,000 in additional revenue for agencies by processing 250 candidates.

The funding was led by early-stage investor Antler VC, alongside various angel investors. Antler partner Jed Rose highlighted the potential of Vente AI's technology to improve industry processes.
