Powered by GenAI technology and Alibaba's Marco MT AI translator, the feature allows users to interact as if they had a personal shopping assistant.

Key features include a messaging tool called Pesan+, which provides context-aware responses and personalized shopping recommendations. Users can also access hidden vouchers, promo codes, and special offers for optimal shopping packages.
