Xiaomi has unveiled its latest addition to the smart home ecosystem, the Xiaomi Whole-Home Router BE3600 Pro, priced at 349 Yuan ($49) and now available on JD.com. This new router offers broad Wi-Fi 7 coverage, high-speed data, and smart device interactions, making it ideal for complex home layouts.
The BE3600 Pro features a Qualcomm quad-core processor clocked at 1.1 GHz, providing a 120% boost in processing power over previous models. With Wi-Fi 7 technology, it delivers speeds up to 3600 Mbps and supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency bands, utilizing Multi-Link Operation (MLO) aggregation for stable, high-speed connections.
Covering up to 160 square meters, the router is equipped with four high-power amplifiers to enhance signal strength, ensuring connectivity even in challenging areas. It supports up to 256 devices and employs Xiaomi's Mesh networking technology, allowing users to connect up to 10 routers for seamless coverage throughout larger spaces.
The BE3600 Pro also supports Bluetooth Mesh, integrating up to 128 Wi-Fi devices and 300 Bluetooth devices in a smart home setup. Features like NFC tap-to-connect for Android devices, guest network options, data encryption, parental controls, and game acceleration enhance its utility. The router's minimalist design includes efficient heat dissipation mechanisms for lasting performance.
In addition to the router, Xiaomi also launched the Magnetic Cooling Clip with RGB lighting and the Mijia Portable Hot Water Dispenser, showcasing its commitment to innovative smart home solutions.
