Microsoft has introduced a feature enhancing file sharing between Windows PCs and iPhones. This innovation, part of the Windows Insider program, leverages the Phone Link and Link to Windows apps to streamline the process.
Windows 10 and 11 users with an iPhone running iOS 16 or later can now exchange files, provided the apps are updated. Currently, access requires participation in the Windows Insider testing program.
The process is straightforward: files can be sent from the iPhone to the Windows computer and vice versa using the PC's local storage. Operations are managed through the Share button, ensuring quick and efficient transfers.
