In Crișana, alternating warm and cool days are expected. Early days will see temperatures around 8-9 degrees, peaking at 14 degrees mid-interval, with minimums between -1 and 5 degrees. Towards the end of the period, maximums may slightly decrease to about 5-8 degrees, with a high likelihood of rainfall, particularly in the second week.

Transylvania will experience temperature fluctuations and sporadic precipitation. From November 18 to 20, higher temperatures are expected, with daytime maximums between 8 and 12 degrees Celsius. Following this period, a significant drop is forecasted until November 24, with daytime values around 2-4 degrees. After November 24, temperatures may rise slightly, reaching 8-10 degrees, before declining again in late November.

In Maramureș, maximum temperatures will initially be above normal from November 18 to 20, averaging between 8 and 11 degrees, then fluctuating below the seasonal average to around 3-4 degrees by November 24. Warm weather will return in the first half of the second week, with daytime averages of 8-10 degrees, before dropping again towards the end of November.

Moldova will see daytime temperatures higher than usual from November 18 to 20, averaging between 10 and 13 degrees, before dropping significantly to around 6 degrees from November 21 to 24. After that, maximums will rise again to about 10 degrees by November 26, only to decline to around 4 degrees by the end of the second week.

In Dobrogea, maximum averages will rise from 10 to 16 degrees from November 18 to 20, before a significant drop to around 8 degrees from November 21 to 24. Maximums will again rise towards 14 degrees by November 26, followed by a gradual decrease to around 6 degrees by the end of the second week.

In Muntenia, maximum temperatures will be higher than normal from November 18 to 20, ranging between 11 and 16 degrees, before stabilizing around the seasonal average of 8-10 degrees until November 24. The first half of the second week will see daytime averages of 12-14 degrees, dropping to 6-7 degrees by the end of the period.

In Oltenia, maximum averages will fluctuate between 12 and 14 degrees from November 18 to 20, then drop significantly to 7-8 degrees. Daytime values will rise again on November 25 and 26, reaching around 11 degrees, before declining towards an average of 6-7 degrees by the end of the interval.

Mountainous areas will generally be cold, with maximum averages of -2 to 2 degrees, except during the warming periods of November 18-20 and 25-28, when averages will be between 4 and 6 degrees. Nighttime temperatures will predominantly be negative, mostly ranging between -8 and 2 degrees. The likelihood of precipitation will be higher from November 20 to 24, and again from November 28 to December 1.
