During a November 2024 Congressional hearing, Elizondo revealed that he signed agreements restricting him from discussing certain UFO-related programs. He also highlighted incidents involving military personnel and unexplained phenomena, asserting that the government possesses UAP technologies.
Retired Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet also testified, recounting an alarming email about UAP interactions during a naval exercise in 2015. He emphasized the need for greater transparency regarding UAPs, noting, 'Humanity is not the only intelligence in the universe.'
