Edited by: Татьяна Гуринович

United Airlines will resume flights to Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv, Israel, from New York/Newark on July 21, 2025. The airline will operate twice-daily flights, returning the next day. This decision comes after a ceasefire between Israel and Iran concluded a 12-day conflict.

United Airlines had previously suspended flights on June 11, 2025, before the conflict began. The airline has a history of serving Tel Aviv, operating more flights there than any other U.S. airline in 2025. Flights will continue using Boeing 787-10 aircraft.

The U.S. State Department advises travelers to "Reconsider Travel" to Israel due to potential security concerns. In related news, President Donald Trump hosted Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House on July 7, 2025. During the meeting, Trump expressed optimism for future cooperation. Netanyahu nominated Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize.
