On February 13, Ukrainian forces reported shooting down 43 drones launched by Russian forces. The attacks, involving Shahed-type drones and various unmanned aerial vehicles, targeted southern, eastern, and central regions of Ukraine. In Kyiv, air raid alerts lasted approximately four hours. According to the Kyiv City Military Administration, 30 aerial targets were detected, with 19 destroyed by air defense systems. Kharkiv region saw eight people injured in Kupiansk and the village of Slatyne, Derhachi district, due to Russian shelling, according to Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration. In the Kherson region, Russian attacks resulted in three fatalities and seven injuries over the past day. A resident of Mykhailivka was killed in a Russian drone strike. According to the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Russian forces targeted critical and social infrastructure, along with residential areas, damaging agricultural machinery and 11 private residences.
