On March 8, 2025, a Russian attack on Dobropilia in the Donetsk region of Ukraine resulted in at least 11 deaths and 30 injuries, including five children. The attack damaged eight five-story buildings, an administrative building, and 30 cars, causing fires in residential areas. In the Kharkiv region, a drone strike on a meat processing plant in Bogodujiv killed three civilians and injured seven others. Additionally, a separate drone attack in the same region resulted in one fatality and seven injuries at a private business. The Ukrainian Air Force reported intercepting 34 missiles and 100 drones. Damage was also reported in Ternopil and Odesa, where critical infrastructure and residential buildings were hit.
