Prince of Wales Visits Dorset; Trump and Zelensky Discuss War in Ukraine

Prince William visited Poole, Dorset, on Friday to promote his Homewards project, which addresses homelessness. During his visit, he explored a housing project for individuals facing mental health challenges and participated in a boat-building course associated with the initiative. Natasha Gorry, a student at Bournemouth and Poole College, requested and received a hug from the Prince. U.S. President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held an official meeting in Washington on Friday, July 28. Zelensky showed Trump photos of Ukrainian soldiers injured in the conflict with Russia. Trump affirmed that the U.S. would continue providing military aid to Ukraine, but expressed that "Europe should be doing more." During the meeting, Vice President Kamala Harris emphasized the importance of diplomacy. Zelensky stressed that any agreement with Russia would be insufficient, as Russia has violated previous agreements over 25 times, including during Trump's presidency in 2016.
