In the French Pyrenees, a cow named Vakhina decided to test just how literally humanity is prepared to take old sayings. 🐄
She got stuck in the mud high in the mountains, could no longer get out on her own, and it was impossible to reach her by car.
The rescuers looked at the situation and chose the most obvious option:
a helicopter.
Vakhina was secured with special straps, lifted into the air and carefully brought down.
From the outside, it looked roughly as if nature had decided to urgently launch a new mode of transport:
economy class — a bus, business class — a helicopter, premium — a cow under a helicopter.
Fortunately, Vakhina made a full recovery.
And now humanity will have to look for a new phrase instead of "this will happen when cows fly."
Because it's over.
