ONGC to Invest $11.5 Billion in Clean Energy by 2030, Targeting 10 GW Renewable Portfolio

India's Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) plans to invest $11.5 billion in clean energy by 2030. ONGC aims for a renewable energy portfolio of 10 GW by 2030. Current fiscal year investments in green energy are planned at $115 million, with a 100-fold increase targeted. Investments will span solar, wind, hydropower, biogas, green hydrogen, and green ammonia. ONGC signed an MoU with Tata Power Renewable Energy to explore Battery Energy Storage Systems.
