A new study by ZeroBounce reveals Dubai as the most digitally advanced city in 2025, based on a comprehensive analysis of digital infrastructure. The study evaluated cities worldwide across nine key categories, including internet speed, public Wi-Fi availability, online maintenance reporting, CCTV coverage, pollution monitoring, digital healthcare, smart parking, transportation digitization, and real-time traffic information. Dubai secured the top spot with a score of 79, excelling in CCTV presence and internet speed. Shanghai followed with a score of 71, leading in pollution monitoring, digitized transport, and online traffic information. Seoul ranked third with a score of 70, demonstrating strong performance in Wi-Fi availability and CCTV coverage. The study highlights the increasing importance of digital infrastructure in enhancing public services, improving mobility, and creating safer, more connected urban environments. Other cities in the top ten include Beijing, Singapore, Amsterdam, Barcelona, New York City, and Stockholm, each showcasing unique strengths in different aspects of digital integration.
