Hyundai has officially unveiled the second-generation Nexo fuel cell electric vehicle (FCEV) at the Seoul Mobility Show, showcasing a blend of innovative design and enhanced performance. The new Nexo adopts Hyundai's 'Art of Steel' design language, featuring a robust exterior. Inside, the Nexo offers a spacious interior with premium materials and a curved digital dashboard. The fuel cell system now delivers increased power, with the electric motor producing 150 kW, reducing the 0-100 km/h acceleration time to 7.8 seconds. The hydrogen tank capacity has been increased to 6.69 kg, targeting a range of over 700 km. Improvements also include enhanced low-temperature performance, improved durability, smart regenerative braking, and Active Noise Control-Road (ANC-R) technology.
