Google's Veo 2 AI Video Generator Now Available Globally

Google has broadened the availability of its Veo 2 AI video generation model. Gemini Advanced users worldwide can now generate 8-second video clips using text prompts.

These AI-generated videos can be downloaded in 720p resolution. The aim is to support digital marketers by offering a way to animate advertisements and leverage the appeal of video content.

Veo 2 is also accessible through Whisk, an experimental generative AI platform designed for animating images into videos.
