HubSpot and Microsoft Unveil New AI Integrations to Enhance Productivity

Amsterdam, September 18, 2024 -- HubSpot has launched Breeze, a new AI that powers its customer platform, alongside Breeze Intelligence, a data enrichment solution for analyzing buying intentions.

Breeze includes Copilot, HubSpot's AI assistant designed to boost productivity, and four AI Agents to expedite tasks such as content curation and sales forecasting. Additionally, it features 80 integrated functions aimed at enhancing user experience.

Breeze Intelligence enriches company and contact records in HubSpot's Smart CRM using a database of over 200 million buyer and company profiles, aiding in accurate prospect identification and improving conversion rates through dynamic form shortening.

Andy Pitre, EVP Product at HubSpot, stated, "Without simple, fast, and integrated tools, growth becomes difficult. Our new Breeze capabilities embody these principles."

Meanwhile, Microsoft announced plans to integrate Python into Excel as part of its Copilot AI initiative, enhancing productivity by allowing users to execute complex data tasks without coding.

This integration aims to transform Excel into a more powerful tool for data science, enabling advanced data analysis, forecasting, and machine learning directly within the software. Jared Spataro, Corporate VP of AI at Microsoft, likened it to adding a skilled data analyst to the team.

The new features are currently available in public beta, marking a significant step in Microsoft's broader strategy to enhance its Microsoft 365 Copilot suite.
