JJ's Triumphant Return to Vienna: Eurovision 2025 Victory Celebration

Johannes Pietsch, known as JJ, received a hero's welcome in Vienna after winning the 69th Eurovision Song Contest. JJ won the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Basel with his song "Wasted Love", securing Austria's first win since 2014. The 24-year-old artist, celebrated for his lyrical vocals and techno music elements, was greeted by enthusiastic fans eager to celebrate his victory.

Holding the Eurovision trophy and a bouquet of roses, JJ expressed his gratitude to the cheering crowd at the airport. He took photos and signed autographs, sharing the joy of his accomplishment with his supporters. JJ's victory marks Austria's third Eurovision win, following Conchita Wurst in 2014 and Udo Jürgens in 1966.

JJ's real name is Johannes Pietsch, was born in Vienna in 2001 and grew up in Dubai before returning to Vienna in 2016. Currently, the Austrian-Filipino artist performs at the Vienna State Opera. His win at Eurovision 2025 has sparked celebrations across Austria.
