Janet Jackson's "Someone To Call My Lover" Back on Charts

Janet Jackson's hit song, "Someone To Call My Lover," has re-entered the Official Dance Singles chart in the U.K. at No. 31. This resurgence comes over two decades after its initial release in 2001, driven by a viral trend on TikTok.

The song, originally released in the summer of 2001 as the second single from her album *All for You*, samples America's "Ventura Highway."

In the U.S., "Someone To Call My Lover" reached No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100. While Janet Jackson continues to tour, her last single, "Made For Now," a collaboration with Daddy Yankee, was released in 2018. Her album, *Unbreakable*, came out in 2015, peaking at No. 11 in the U.K. and No. 1 in the U.S. on the Billboard 200.
