Conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair has filed a paternity suit against Elon Musk, alleging he is the father of her five-month-old child. St. Clair claims she has been the sole caretaker and that Musk has had minimal contact with the child, including a brief 30-minute visit in November. Her attorneys state they attempted to resolve the matter privately, but Musk was unresponsive. Musk responded to accusations he was ensnared by St. Clair, and St. Clair urged him to address the matter directly instead of responding to smears. This comes after singer Grimes filed a similar petition against Musk in October 2023 regarding their children. The dispute was settled in Texas in August. St. Clair's attorneys released a statement noting a tabloid reporter made it impossible to address the paternity issues confidentially.
