Ashley St. Clair is engaged in a legal dispute with Elon Musk regarding their child.
St. Clair claims Musk offered her $15 million and $100,000 monthly until the child turns 21 in exchange for signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), which she refused.
After she revealed the child's existence, Musk allegedly withdrew the offer, leading to a paternity test confirming a 99.9999% probability of him being the father.
Jared Birchall, acting as Musk's representative, reportedly warned St. Clair about the consequences of pursuing legal action against Musk.
St. Clair stated she doesn't want her child to feel illegitimate or like a secret.
She also alleges that Musk has pursued similar confidentiality agreements with other women who have conceived children with him.
