Grilling Perfect Pork Chops

To achieve juicy and tender grilled pork chops, select chops between 2.5 and 4 cm thick with some fat for moisture.

Marinate the chops with olive oil, garlic granules, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper for 10-15 minutes.

Before grilling, let the chops sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes and pat them dry to prevent burning.

Grill on medium-high heat for approximately 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 63°C.

Rest the chops for 5 minutes after grilling, covered in foil, to allow juices to redistribute, ensuring a flavorful and tender result.
