Google's Doppl App: Virtual Try-On Revolution

Edited by: Екатерина С.

Google has launched Doppl, an experimental app developed by Google Labs. This app allows users to virtually try on clothing using a digital representation of themselves.

Available on both iOS and Android in the U.S., Doppl enables users to upload a full-length photo. The app then visualizes how different clothing items would appear on the user.

Doppl builds on Google's existing virtual try-on features integrated into Google Shopping. The app uses an AI model to process the user's body shape and accurately superimpose clothing items.

Users can upload images of outfits from various sources, including friends, local stores, and social media. As an experimental product, Doppl is in its early stages, and Google encourages user feedback.

Currently, Doppl is only available in the U.S. on iOS and Android platforms. Google has not yet announced plans for expansion to other regions.
