ASICS and Story mfg. Collaborate on Gingham GEL-VENTURE 6 Sneakers, Launching Globally on April 18 After London Pop-Up

ASICS has partnered with Story mfg. to create a unique rendition of the GEL-VENTURE 6 sneaker. The collection showcases two gingham-covered designs that merge craftsmanship with functionality. Story mfg., established in 2013 by husband-and-wife duo Saeed and Katy Al-Rubeyi, is celebrated for its commitment to sustainable fashion practices. This collaboration marks their first venture into sneaker design with ASICS. The Story mfg. x ASICS GEL-VENTURE 6 will be available in "Reddish Brown" and "Vanilla Violet Quartz" color options. Both sneakers feature breathable mesh uppers adorned with gingham check panels, a distinctive double-lacing system with vertically woven gingham laces, complementary tonal midsoles, and ASICS' signature stripes. The branding is shared, with the Story mfg. logo appearing on the right tongue and the ASICS logo on the left. GEL-VENTURE 6 detailing and a Gel-cushioned outsole ensure optimal comfort and support. An exclusive London pop-up event will take place from April 11 to April 12, offering an early opportunity to purchase the sneakers and participate in a community quilt-tent project. Following the pop-up, the collection will be available through Story mfg. on April 13, with a global release scheduled for April 18.
