Harvard Medical School's Dr. Sharon Inouye advocates for a nutrient-rich diet, exercise, and mental stimulation for healthy aging. Purple cabbage, rich in antioxidants and glucosinolates, is highlighted for its anti-aging and anti-cancer properties.

A separate study in Clinical Nutrition examined identical twins aged 18-35, revealing that diets high in processed foods, red meat, and sugary drinks correlate with accelerated biological aging.
