I watched the latest webinar in the series “New Consciousness. Collective: from 3d to 5D”.
The beliefs for 5D fully resonate with me, I see such beauty when I imagine how everything will be arranged. But when it comes to the body being renewed every year, I don't agree internally. From how it feels, it is renewed every day during sleep. Why exactly a year?

This is a soothing position for the mind. It contains three principles:
- don't rush, you'll always have time;
- even if you have tormented yourself for a whole month, you have a heap of time for renewal
- the time cycle of Earth's renewal is an inexorable and constant process, with which it is very easy to attune.
If you already hold all three principles in your mind, then you can easily shorten the cycles to the lunar, daily, or even electronic one. 😊
