A new film, "Desert Dreams: Celebrating Five Seasons in the Sonoran Desert," showcases the remarkable flora and fauna of this unique ecosystem. The film captures the desert's seasonal changes, featuring 182 species of plants and animals. Combining HD video, time-lapse imagery, and a unique soundtrack of natural sounds and music, the film offers a visual and auditory tapestry of the Sonoran Desert's beauty.
This desert has diverse landscapes: from tree-covered mountains, grassy plains, hot valleys and even rivers, but many of them don’t have water all the time. The Sonoran Desert covers parts of Mexico, California, and Arizona, where Tucson is.
