Whitney Houston's iconic 'The Bodyguard' soundtrack has achieved a historic 19x platinum certification by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). This milestone marks a significant achievement in the music industry.

The 19x platinum certification solidifies the soundtrack's position as the highest-certified film soundtrack in RIAA history. It surpasses the previous record held by 'Saturday Night Fever' at 16x platinum.

The album has sold over 45 million copies worldwide, making it the best-selling soundtrack of all time. Houston's singles also achieved remarkable milestones, with 'I Will Always Love You' certified 11x platinum and 'I Wanna Dance with Somebody (Who Loves Me)' reaching 8x platinum.

To celebrate these achievements, 'The Voice of Whitney: A Symphonic Celebration' tour is scheduled to begin in September 2025. The tour will feature Houston's original vocals, accompanied by new arrangements and never-before-seen video footage.

The first concerts are set for September 20 and 21, 2025, at Cincinnati Music Hall. The tour will continue throughout 2025 and 2026, offering fans a unique way to experience Houston's musical legacy.
