Post Malone Hints at New Album After Country Music Tease

Post Malone has revealed he's written approximately 35 songs for his upcoming seventh studio album. The rapper-singer, whose real name is Austin Post, confirmed the news in a recent interview with Billboard. He indicated that the new music might follow his experimentation with country music, which he showcased at Coachella 2024 and on his album, F-1 Trillion.

Post Malone shared that he's made two trips to a recording studio in Nashville, Tennessee, in recent months. He stated that he has created around 35 songs and is in the process of selecting the best ones for the album. The artist is still deciding which tracks will make the final cut.

Post Malone expressed his excitement about exploring country music again. He recalled making F-1 Trillion, saying, "I think finally bringing the fun back into what I was doing really showed on the record." He performed at the Coachella music festival in Indio, California, on Sunday night, further solidifying his interest in the genre.
