Konecta Partners with Google Cloud to Enhance Customer Experience Solutions

Madrid, Nov. 4, 2024 – Konecta, a global leader in customer experience (CX) and digital services, has entered a three-year strategic partnership with Google Cloud. This collaboration aims to enhance Konecta's capabilities in delivering innovative customer experience solutions utilizing AI, automation, and cloud technologies.

As part of the agreement, Konecta will transition its workforce of 100,000 employees to Google Workspace, aiming to improve collaboration and productivity. Additionally, the company plans to certify up to 500 engineers in Google Cloud technologies, which will facilitate the development and implementation of advanced AI solutions.

The partnership will also see the deployment of Google Cloud's Customer Engagement Suite to enhance customer service operations for Konecta's clients. This integration is expected to automate customer interactions and personalize experiences through AI-driven services.

Nourdine Bihmane, CEO of Konecta, stated that the partnership will significantly improve their customer experience solutions by leveraging generative AI and automation. Tara Brady, President of Google Cloud EMEA, emphasized that the alliance will help clients deliver superior customer service and expedite their digital transformation.

Konecta, headquartered in Madrid, operates in 30 languages across 26 countries, generating approximately €2 billion in global revenues.
