This date is based on documents mentioning Francisco de Godoy's settlement with indigenous groups. This humble beginning by the Paraná River unknowingly sparked one of the country's major metropolises.

These projects include the restoration of the Rosario Cathedral and Pasaje Juramento. These urban landmarks will be renovated to preserve historical value and revitalize key areas. The construction of the Estadio Arena will position Rosario as a venue for international events.
The Arena aims to boost tourism and the creative economy. One of the most ambitious projects is the Rambla del Tricentenario. This will reclaim the connection with the Paraná River, creating a new public space.
The Parque España will also undergo a comprehensive renovation. This includes extending the pier and improving accessibility. Governor Maximiliano Pullaro emphasized the collaborative effort to create a more beautiful city.
The National University of Rosario is also participating with building renovations and institutional actions. These include restoring the facades of several faculties. The historic Law building is also being renovated with a significant investment.
Rector Franco Bartolacci stated the university's commitment to preserving architectural heritage. This is seen as a legacy for future generations.
