In the city of Novato, the organization Marin Humane, which helps animals, threw an unusual celebration The Great PUPkin Costume Contest, on 24 October 2026.
The program includes a Halloween costume contest for pets, photo sessions, dog treat decorating and plenty of entertainment.
But the most intriguing item turned out to be a session with a pet psychic โ Pet Psychic!
Yes, yes, owners were offered the chance to find out what their four-legged friends are thinking about.
