Get ready for a celebration of furry friends! The New York Cat & Dog Film Festivals are coming to the Arlington Cinema and Drafthouse on May 6th and 7th, 2025. These two evenings will be filled with short, family-friendly films celebrating the love and charm of cats and dogs. Each festival features a curated collection of films about our beloved pets. The NY Cat Film Festival will be on Tuesday, May 6th, and the NY Dog Film Festival on Wednesday, May 7th. Both events start at 7:00 PM, with doors opening at 6:00 PM for pre-show festivities, including adoptable animals and vendors. Admission is $38 per event, and proceeds will benefit the Animal Welfare League of Arlington (AWLA).
