If personalities weren't "within" a single Consciousness, they simply couldn't interact. In other words, the "playing field" is One Consciousness, and individuals are simply different perspectives of that One on Itself. It's important to note: each personality is absolutely unique and fully, 100% expressed at THAT PARTICULAR POINT IN ITS ENTIRETY. This means every person always expresses the entire universe completely, without omission, channeling all the energy of Being through themselves.
To grasp this, envision a sphere (or a circle in two dimensions); choose any point on it, and you can confidently call that point "central." The sum of all infinite points forms the sphere. Yet, the sphere itself is something more than just the sum of its points. Similarly, each individual is, in essence, the Entire Universe, but the Universe as a whole encompasses everything at once (no one is left out, no one is superfluous, everyone is a center). Incidentally, this touches upon the theme of "being worthy"—you are always the pinnacle of "necessity"; without you, Being is incomplete.
Moreover, your experience is also 100% unique. Only you possess a perspective on infinity that no one else can ever replicate. Your life represents an absolutely singular trajectory within the Game; it is inimitable. Your decisions will be reflected in the experience of all Universes across all worlds. Every action you take is reflected in Everything. Unity is the totality of all experiences, mutually reflected in one another. Individuality is the experience of everything being reflected within you, constituting your unique, infinite path. What you perceive in life is your individual viewpoint, not an "objective reality for everyone," precisely because you are unique.
And finally, a slightly more complex idea: every action you take creates your unique version across all variations of all versions of all universes. In this sense, you are as infinite as the versions of your own personality. At the ego level, you perceive only one version. At the level of the Higher Self, you become aware of all their variations. Therefore, the crucial point isn't which life path you create, but rather which of these paths you choose to perceive. You perceive exactly what is currently active within your present vibration.
